YARROW (ACHILLEA MILLEFOLIUM) is an incredibly common garden flower—and herbal ally—that’s as pretty as it is powerful.
Legend has it that yarrow was used to stop the bleeding of Greek
warriors during the Trojan War (hence the yarrow genus is named
after Achilles), but it also shows its prowess in supporting an easeful menstrual cycle for everyday female warriors. You may have seen its delicate white flowers in your neighborhood, as it’s also a common weed, but this herb is no wallflower.
